ViroKey® SQ FLEX SARS-CoV-2 Genotyping Assay
Detection for mutation, through whole genome sequencing of SARS-CoV-2
The ViroKey SQ FLEX SARS-CoV-2 Genotyping Assay is a next-generation sequencing (NGS)-based test intended for the detection of genomic mutations of the SARS-CoV-2 RNA genome from nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal swab samples to support molecular epidemiology of SARS-CoV-2 research.
The ViroKey SQ FLEX SARS-CoV-2 Genotyping Assay is used in conjunction with the Sentosa® SX U-Prep Kit as well as the Sentosa SQ Virus Testing Solutions on the Sentosa SX101, Sentosa ST401 and Sentosa SQ301 instruments.
