Multiplex assay to detect Influenza A, Influenza B, and RSV
The Sentosa SA Influenza A/B & RSV RT-PCR Test is a multi-plex, real-time PCR-based test. This test is intended for research use only for the qualitative and differential detection of influenza A, influenza B and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).
This research use only test is configured for use on the Sentosa SX101 automatic extraction and pipetting system, with Sentosa SX Virus Total Nucleic Acid Kit v2.0, in conjunction with the Rotor-Gene® Q MDX 5plex HRM instrument.
