The Sentosa SX Total RNA Kit provides reagents for the automated purification of total RNA on the Sentosa SX101 automatic extraction and pipetting system. The kit can be used to purify total RNA from peripheral blood specimens.

The kit allows total RNA purification from 8 to 16 peripheral blood samples per run. After purification on the Sentosa SX101 instrument, total RNA can be detected using RT-PCR on the Rotor-Gene^® Q MDx 5plex HRM instrument, with a corresponding Sentosa SA RT-PCR Test.

The Sentosa SX Total RNA Kit is used for magnetic beads-based total RNA extraction from peripheral blood samples on the Sentosa SX101 instrument.
