The Sentosa SQ Fragment Library Prep Kit is a ready-to-use kit for automated NGS DNA library preparation using the Sentosa SX101 instrument. The kit contains Sentosa SQ Fragment Library Prep Reagents and Sentosa SQ Fragment Library Prep Solutions required to prepare up to 32 libraries from gDNAs (for whole genome sequencing), cDNAs or PCR amplicons (for amplicon sequencing) from the regions of interest within the genome, with DNA input size ranging from 350 bp to 35 Mbp.

The Sentosa SQ Fragment Library Prep Kit protocol is automated on the Sentosa SX101 platform. 

The automated workflow will perform the DNA fragmentation, adapter ligation, and DNA library clean-up. Upon completion of the automated DNA library preparation workflow on the Sentosa  SX101 instrument, users can proceed with template preparation and sequencing on the Sentosa SQ301 System or the Ion Personal Genome Machine^® (PGM System).

The Sentosa SQ Fragment Library Prep Kit is a Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) DNA library preparation kit intended for use with double stranded DNA (e.g., gDNA, cDNA and PCR amplicons) with size ranging from 350 bp – 35 Mbp. The kit is automated on the Sentosa SX101 instrument, and the resultant DNA libraries are recommended to be sequenced on the Sentosa SQ301 System or the Ion Personal Genome Machine^® (PGM System). The kit is intended for research use only.
